Don't trust the trailer

This is typical of alot of movies. The trailer makes it look good, but after watching the film I watched the trailer again to see if I somehow imagined all the action.

Nope. All the film's action sequences, about 3mins?, was put into the 1:20min trailer. I hear Drive was like that, that's why I didn't see it.

So if you want to see this film based on what you saw in the trailer, a fast paced, revenge, action movie, this is NOT the film for you. Extremely SLOW moving, more so since it's running time is 1:45 mins.

I do not disagree with what you say, unfortunately the Trailer is misleading.

The film was Thailand's entry for Best Foreign Film at the Academy Awards.

Remember when Jackie Chan always wins those?

I would never watch a movie just because of its trailer. Like you say, trailers frequently misrepresent the movie to make it look as accessible as possible. Most of the time, I don't even bother watching trailers. I'd rather just know the genre and whether it's generally good or not.

This was hardly 'extremely slow moving' for a crime drama, but I can understand why you wouldn't appreciate it if you were expecting an action packed movie.
