Don't expect a thing from this movie.

It's not an alien invasion movie. It's not an alien anything movie. It's a small story with an unusual setting (aliens have just arrived to Earth).

There's a ton to love here, but it's not "Paul" or "E.T." or anything of the sort.

It's a quirky little heartfelt drama that uses actors and script the way people claim to want big budget films to handle them. But it's not a big budget movie. It's more like a side-story that could take place in pretty much any big alien invasion movie.

But it's about people, not aliens. Humans. The things you are. So give it a shot. It's sincerely optimistic as *beep*, and we need more of that in our media diets.
