Is Vic Mignogna Young Dean?

Seriously, am I the only one who thought that in the one episode with the flashback to young Dean, he sounds JUST like Vic Mignogna? Do we have another big brother being voiced by Edward Elric himself? (It would be pretty awesome if he did voice young Dean)
