What do people expect from a budget 'B' movie?

The story was only as corny as the 'A Team', 'Mission Impossible' etc and the action sequences were TV quality, reminded me of 'Stargate' but it was good visually, a bit 'tongue in cheek' and better than a lot of the 'Sy Fi' efforts or their female oriented 'Mills and Boon' type counterparts that get shown on TV in the afternoons.
When rating and slagging off films budget should be taken into account.
