I hope Linda Cardellini wins the IS award for Best Actress
Because it might give her a slight chance to being nominated for Best Actress at the Oscars!

The Independent Spirit Awards are given out the day before the Oscars are handed out, as in a month after the nominations are announced. Winning the IS award would do nothing for Oscar chances, possibly help her career slightly though.
