Wow....SPOILERS!!!!!! !

Although others have said some of it, I have to say, too. What a disgusting dysfunctional family.

The parents obviously knew their son did it and was capable of doing it. They had no reactions (what? No! That can't be!) when the police said their son did it. He's stealing cars (What a doll he was. He'd steal your car, then wash it and put it right back for you. The neighbors must have just loved him.) Stealing cars was just him working up to murder.

He doesn't give a happy crap about killing his sister or destroying his parents. Not one tear, not one word of regret. Not one word of remorse. Not one word of asking for forgiveness or saying, my God, what did I do? Look at my dad, he's wasted away because of me.

An accident? Denial is a river in Egypt and his idiot parents. Hey mom and dad, when your son is a little bit stupid and stealing cars (and you work in education and then mental health field), get a clue and seek some counseling for your son, who's screaming for help by committing petty crimes.

Confused? Confused by the will? Come on dad, you said that was a load of crap and you would never leave anything to your idiot son. Your daughter died because he knew you would leave everything to your daughter and not him. He shot her (and the first one was not an accident - who puts a rifle on a coat rack?). He shot her in the back and reloaded and shot, and reloaded and shot, and reloaded and shot, and reloaded and shot. Then you wrote that stupid will and lay in wait for parents.

If I decide to commit a horrible crime, I'm going to Canada. The cops will treat me with kid gloves. I get a therapist who never confronts me (although admittedly maybe that worked to get this idiot to finally admit everything, well not everything because after all that planning, it was still an "accident"). I can murder someone in cold blood and get only 15 years in a country club!!!!! Bar-B-Ques and I get to handle knives while I'm in jail. Why are you frisking him when there are 4 knives and countless other items that are potential weapons in this well-furnished apartment he's in. Who pays for this in Canada????

I hope someone ties those two down, pries their eyes open, and makes them watch this entire documentary. Only Paulette (the long-haired twin is willing to admit having a clue.)

Overall a good documentary. He was only foiled because he couldn't shoot the both of them at the same time.

GET A CLUE MOM AND DAD!!!!!

There is no family any more.

He. cannot. stand. his. parents.

He still hates them.

Did anyone else what to slap mom and dad several times, especially dad? No wonder the neighbors would walk in the opposite direction. I hope aunt Paulette attends his parole hearing in 2014 and he doesn't get out.

He'll kill again and then shoot himself.

How many of you were so frustrated by the end that you were wishing he would pick up that knife at the end and just do them in and finally put them out of their misery?

I think you need to try to remember they're real people going through this horrible ordeal

Obviously they are punishing THEMSELVES for what happened- just look at the dad!! They're even still living in the house, they're not moving on in anyway

Do guys like "the thing"?
They like it better than no thing.

I'm so glad you said this because its exactly what I came here to say and you saved me a lot of time. From begining to end I agree with what you said completely, except what I wanted at the end was the parents to freaking wake up and confront there POS son and then never see him again. And I'm still amazed at the wonderful living conditions a Canadian gets after murdering his sister shooting her 3 times in the head and twice in the heart. NOT TO mention he will probly get out in 2014 I mean really? WTF Canada why even have a justice system when you don't punish people. I know 10 people right now who wish they had it as good as that convicted murderer does in prison in Canada. I'm just glad at least some states here in the US have enough sense to know that some peoples crime merit them being put to death.

I laughed out loud when one of the parents said that bullshit about Mason stealing neighbors' cars, washing them, and then putting them back! Suuuuuuuuure he did! My God, parents really are blind to their kids' bullshit.

And yea--I'm not buying that, in a non-gun-owning-home, Jennifer was supposedly just leisurely lounging in the chair with a bowl of popcorn watching her soaps WITH A F'ING SHOTGUN NEXT TO HER!!! That. Did. Not. Happen.

There's a term for being shot five times through the head and chest: Overkill.
