4.5? Seriously people?

I watched this on Netflix the other night, I had no idea this was even made, I'd never heard of it, I watched it purely because it had Christian Slater and Gary Oldman in it.

This was a surprisingly entertaining film, the only real flaw was the extreme overuse of the deus ex machina principle, which made it a tad complicated, especially towards the end when you were trying to keep everything that had happened all in mind and remembering "Oh yeah, that happened!" and the few things where you were going "Yeah, come on, you seriously just threw that in to make it work there guys"

The plot is not going to win any awards, that's for sure, but people really think this is as bad as freaking TWILIGHT??? No. Just, no.

This is at least entertaining and interesting with all the quirky and weird characters and things going on, and just the absolute absurdity of the entire series of events that take place and what all happens to the main character!

Now it's 4.8 and I would not be surprised if it reached 5-5.2.
It's not that awful as I first thought it would be. Quite entertaning, I agree.
