Search? 20 Minutes? (Spoiler)

This movie was just so-so, because the robbers were so stupid.

There was what like 5 of them?
-The guard
-The main guy
-The mustache guy
-The lady
-and I think one other

So that's 5 on 3. And the whole time, they just keep berating them about the valuables.

They don't bother splitting up and searching. In fact, the lady instead of doing her job, goes and makes herself right at home watching family videos (this definitely won't look good on her criminal career resume (I was so happy she DID wind up dying first)).

And what on Earth was this whole 20 minute thing about? Clearly, it was a who cares moot as they still berated them for at least another hour.

I mean come on. Even the main guy was able to take 2 on at once, while the other guys just stood there like lollygaggers for the most part.

I mean why didn't 2 or 3 of them search the house while the others guarded the family.
