really what a troll, and why have security call you, if they react like that.
the answering of they girl should let the security gall get off all bells ring.
Not only that, I assume/hope they have different passwords for different situations, all of which the dispatcher then reacts to in a friendly way, with the kidnapping-password you don't send police but a special unit and so forth...
Plus, the little bro should have told them/should have known about the check-up with the required signature...
But the beginning was the worst, how they got in, without showing their faces or holding ID into the camera, or the residents asking for a number where they could check...etc.
