This was the most painful of any Nick Cage movies! What happened to him??, he used to be great 9 long ago ). I couldn't tell if his character in this had a split personality, or Cage is just that bad. No wonder he wanted to bail out half way through the movie. I actually found myself rooting for the bad guys in this movie. oh and BTW, Kidman was a joke as well!

I'm a big Nic Cage fan, he's got a few legitimately good roles (Adaptation, Lord of War, Leaving Las Vegas, Raising Arizona), but i'm also a big fan of his ridiculous roles (Vampire's Kiss, Deadfall), and this is easily one of his worst roles, on par with Con-Air. Terrible stuff.
