'Norman'

Presumably "Norman" in the NYC party scene is Norman Podhoretz. The complete credits (which IMDb does not provide) at the end of the movie list the full names if real-life figures in the film -- e.g., Mary/Mary McCarthy, Lionel/Lionel Abel, etc. -- but "Norman" is only listed as "Norman." Any idea why?
