Did Ari get a son out of nowhere in season 4?

I don't remember hearing that Ari had a son until season 4. There definitely was no son when the family went to temple on Yom Kippur (sp?).

Ari always had a son from the beginning, named Jonah. He was only in eleven episodes, very briefly in most of them and never mentioned that much. He must have been "off screen" during Yom Kippur or something. Not much of a character nor all that crucial to the show's plot really.
