In all the reviews I read all I hear about is a scene involving jelly fish? What is it?

There's just a ridiculous and largely irrelevant scene where the main characters witness a jellyfish attack at the beach and attempt to help the victim.

Not only was the jellyfish and the legs .gifs, but so was the ambulance which drove away from the beach!

The jellyfish represent global warming.

It foreshadows getting a disease from the fish that Rod cooked.

It's a marine invertebrate shaped like an umbrella, with long, venomous tentacles that trail underneath it....but that's not important right now.
