what was up with those teeth?

The very last scene with the woman talking about how well the young intern (or whatever he is) did in the surgery...what was the deal with her teeth? My wife kept rewinding the DVR and saying "That looks really wierd... are they dentures that are revealed when she smiles really big? It's like her gums just stop suddenly..."

Did anyone else notice this? It did look a little strange to me...

Yes I noticed it too, but I think she's too young to have dentures. She probably just has very small teeth which make her gums look incredibly large and never ending.

You can have dentures at any age really, so it is possible that she might have them. .
I however didnt notice one way or the other. might have to check it out.
