Doctor Reminds Me of Nicolas Cage

I can't remember his name, he's young with nice blue eyes, think it is Dr. Richard Reich? He reminds me so much of Nicolas Cage, not so much his features, as the way he talks, that slow, precise way of speaking. Just wondering if anyone else saw this too, or is it just me (it's usually just me, lol).

Yes I can definately see and hear the resemblance to Nicolas Cage. The way this doctor speaks reminds me of Cage too. His eyes and nose look like Cage as well.
