Release date in the USA?
Has anyone heard of distribution plans for the US? It's too bad that it wasn't given a limited release before the Academy Awards ceremony
shareHaven't heard anything yet but I know it'd doing the festival circuit right now. I just saw it at a film festival near where I live and it was fantastic! Most defiantly going to see it again if it gets a theatrical release and then buy it on DVD.

According to the website for the Landmark Theatre chain, A Cat in Paris is going to be released in a few cities on June 1st. It's listed as "coming soon" for Atlanta, Washington DC, Seattle, Berkeley, San Diego, St Louis, and Los Angeles. The closest showing for me will be in Berkeley. That's a bit of a trip for me, but I really want to see this movie. For a short time, the website for the Camera Cinema chain (which operates in San Jose, Los Gatos, and Campbell) had this movie listed as an upcoming release, but it isn't listed anymore. I think that's a shame, but hey, it could be fun to go up to Berkeley.
