English vocal cast

I saw this at the Tyneside Cinema in Newcastle yesterday, and I really enjoyed it, but it was the English dubbed version. However, I can't seem to find any information on the English voice cast. Can anyone assist??

Having not seen this before, and as I am looking for a dvd copy, I was wondering which voices are in the DVD version; because there appear to be TWO english versions; one with unknown British-accents (I say unknown because I don;t recognize them), and one with some familiar anime voices like Steve Blum. the latter is propably the most recent and I recommend it simply because I like this voice actor's work, such as Cowboy Bebop (But Samurai Champloo is better in Japanese IMO). I didn't recognize any of the female cast but I wasn't paying that much attention to the trailer. Being in Newcastle you propably saw the british voice cast, so sorry but I can't help you there.

the lions, the tigers, the bears.. oh, my.

The English version that will be released as of June 1, 2012 in the U.S. has a voice cast that includes: Marcia Gay Harden, Anjelica Huston, Matthew Modine and Steve Blum.

Thanks for posting! I was wondering if they dubbed.
Sounds like a good cast for English speakers so hopefully the dubbed version will be able to keep th integrity of th original undoubted.
Looks really good !

I saw both versions and mostly enjoyed the English cast more. I thought only one French voice was unique - of the housekeeper.

Came onto sky anytime this week, I was expecting the French version with subtitles but it was the English language version, very disappointed. Is the same for me if a live action film was shown dubbed, takes away from the original film so much. Also the range of random accents was much too wide, really offputting, had to stop watching and will catch the French version some other time

In what way European animation differs from the rest of the world animation, that it especially should be watched without subtitles?
If for you dubbed animation seems better than original with subtitles, let it be, but it's not about intelligence.
What I wanted to say, that your comment is painfully stupid, no offence :)

Oddly, all the 'good' characters had American accents, all the rest, yep, British.
FFS.

Aloha!

I was really looking forward to seeing this and it finally came out on Netflix.

Shoots, it was all in English and most of them had British or American accents? What??

I loved the animation style, but disappointed that it wasn't in French with subtitles - I guess since it seems geared towards children somewhat (?) - maybe that was the reason for the "American" dubbed version?

Nico was ultimately on the good guys' side and he had an English accent. In fact for some reason on the print I saw on Sky all the female voices (good and bad alike) were American and all the male ones (good and bad alike) were British.

Whoever invented ignore lists is an unsung genius.
