complete trash

horrible horrible movie. THE worst the Disney channel's ever produced. WTF happened to good sh!t these days....oh I know..it ended in 1999....

I was surprised by the gore. Stabbing someone in the forehead with a fork? really? 10 years ago when I did watch the Disney Channel, there were decent movies that didn't need to have shots like that and making out.

This movie completely lost me when it popped out with the grandma being a witch and the boys being a wizard and seer. It was soooooo corny it made me believe that it was a parody.

I didn't enjoy it either. I found it cheesy and too different than anything I have ever seen on Disney Channel. The violence in it was more than I expected. The sexual and drug undertones made it seem like I was watching a movie on a different net work. I also found the whole Twilight (Dusk) thing to be soo stupid.

On a completely different note: your username, avenged sevenfold?

reply

Haven't seen it, but thought the ads for the series based on it looked awful.

reply

the reason it's so different is because disney didn't produce. it's from a canadian company and disney decided to air it. the same with the series. just like "life with derek" was a canadian production being shown on disney channel. i thought the movie was pretty good. i was kinda weary about it because i thought it would make the vampires lame but they were cool.

reply

no it def made vampires lame. I love Canadian shows, I loved life with derek, but this movie was a failure.

reply

not very good, in fact just trash

When there's no more room in hell, The dead will walk the earth...

reply

Disney didn't produce it, just saying. Teletoon did.

if you didn't like it, why waste your timing looking it up on here just to waste more time writing about how awful it was? really seems like a waste of time and energy.

I'm actually glad something like this got onto the Disney Channel, if only because it's kid's entertainment with some f-cking balls. Apparently this country can't stomach kids watching anything unless it's politically correct and the jokes are on a simpleton's level. Not that this didn't have stupid humor, but it's darker (and yet still lighthearted) than anything I've seen on the channel. It doesn't have a crappy "oh, everything worked out fine, the moral to the story is..." type of ending. I think it was fun.

Chalk it up to Canada to give us a bit of a kick in the pants as they did with Are You Afraid of the Dark back in '90.

"Anyone can hurt anyone. Haven't you realized that?"

reply

The worst? No way. Not even close. This was actually pretty decent. It was better than I expected.
