About time. Its a good show, but it has run its course. Nothing really interesting happens anymore. I'm curious to see how they handle the end, if they'll be going for a happy ending or a sad one.
shareUnfortunately, the series seemed to lack progression at points and became repetitive and stagnant.
I worry that the producers didn't plan the series properly, hence the continuity issues it has.
I like it, but when even certain cartoons have more of an character arc, it's like 'get it together, writers!'.

Almost 4 yrs later...Merlin was a better show, at least to me and many others, to the point that some are now just discovering it and liking it. Some did check out Camelot, did not care for, I did give it a shot, found myself re watching some of the same epi to just try and enjoy, did not.
Merlin was only going to have 5 seasons, that was what the cast signed on for, and have typed this on the Merlin board and with some very angry at then ending, I found the ending fine, as Albion has not yet happened.
