Someone sid it was like my favourite film, DIL TO PAGAL HAI (which introduced me to Bollywood). Is that right?

No it wasn't anything like it. Dil to pagal hai is a classic, this is nonsense.

The two are almost equally terrible, but at least "Dil Toh Pagal Hai" had Madhuri Dixit.
