This movie was hit and miss for me but the funniest line was

When the queen originally discovers the prince has drank a "puppy love" potion, she is quite annoyed, but then she realises it means he will obey her every whim, but at the same time, he will still act like a puppy. She throws a pillow out of the window and he runs to fetch it and she says to herself "Well... this has pros and cons".

It just made me laugh :)
