Who is worse? I say Regina. Even though Madison is nasty and unlikable, at least she is upfront about it. Regina is just a fake.

Definitely Regina. But that being said she was the more interesting and way more realistic character. I can understand why people would want to flock to her or be her. Whereas Madison, she was just a nasty person overall that I don't think people would even vote for her to be Queen. To be truly evil and do it well, you have to appeal to certain people and I'd say Madison appealed to no one.

Madison was more nasty in an insecure way, not likeable at all.
Madison is way better as a mean girl. She didn't get trolled by the "good girl" like Regina did nor did she end up being "redeemed" in the end, yawn. Madison won prom queen and stayed mean from beginning to end and didn't get any sort of punishment/comeuppance in the process. Regina ends up as a dork and a joke by the end of her film.
