Crazy agents, crazy clients
I'd sure hate to be a contractor doing rehabs on some of these places. Spending huge amounts of time and effort to put in super high end stuff for an owner only to have them sell in less than two years to someone else that wants it all taken out for another complete re-do.
It seems the agents want to hit a homerun EVERY outing and get a bit pissed when a buyer wants to spend more time looking. Who's helping who here? Is the agent helping the buyer, or the agent expects the buyer to stop dicking around and give them their fat commission on the sale?
Love to check out the homes/condos/apartments, but sometimes the D-baggary of both agents and/or clients makes me want to hit the mute button.
