Interesting Allegory for the show

The show seemed to be an allegory for white entitlement and the xenophobia and hostility that many can feel about the changing world around them. In that show the old traditional guard (The sort of "Old ole boy" network that ruled Thundera for years not all that different from the Rich 1% who seem to control the US.) was being challenged by previously persecuted minority groups on Thundera who were now fighting for their rights and technology was making the ways of the old aristocratic order obsolete. Lion-o seemed to symbolize a liberal who was willing to accept and even seemed to embrace the changing world while his older adopted brother Tygra seemed hostile and angered by the change (Symbolic of white conservatives.)
