Same movie as 'The Wrath'?

This appears to be a re-release of some sort of the 2007 movie, "The Wrath" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1072458/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1) Does anyone know if this movie was somehow added to or edited to make it different or if it was just retitled?

I think they just retitled this movie to "Beast beneath". Before the end of the movie a title is shown called "The Wrath".
