There is no mention of Green Arrow.

That is not a poster; it's the Blu-ray disc cover for the DC Showcase Original Shorts Collection. The 22-minute short Superman/Shazam!: The Return of Black Adam is the only short on it that is new. The Green Arrow, Jonah Hex and Spectre shorts have already debuted with previous animated movies (although this collection features extended versions of those shorts).
