Now that was enjoyable

What an entertaining film. Loved all the acting from this excellent cast. I never got into "Friends" but I must say I am never disappointed with a film with Aniston in it.

Entertaining plot but not one that you need to sweat over. Just clever and subtly witty.

Nice pace and just a good way to spend a light 1.5 hours. Enjoyable music but a little more would have been nice for this 50 something viewer.

I'd like to add a thought the various characters evolution was beautifully handled by all the actors. Aniston's evolution from passive to proactive was expertly paced.

I enjoyed the characters and their growth well balanced and expertly scripted. Very nice job all around.

Entertaining, but kind of forgettable.

I don't win a lot.

I enjoyed it, also. Very surprised at the low ratings.

We really liked the ending. That was a great set up for the end.

Yeh just watched it on Neflix, never even heard of it before, and i love Aniston. I thought the ending classic. It was a bit slow to start but sticking with it, i must admit i enjoyed it.

They should have called the name of the Book, The Switch, it made more sense. Great anyway.

Problem is the "book was much better." Leonard's books should make great films but they rarely do because 1.) people alter the characters or plot 2.) they do a "present-day" version of a period piece or, in this case 3.) Low-budget film with many B-Actors. Tim Robbins is the most substantial actor and he plays essentially a minor role. For all of her fame, Jennifer Aniston is not a great actress. In fact, I cannot recall a single great performance in her film career. Nor can I recall her ever being in a great film. She's like a peg or two above Sandra Bullock, which isn't saying much about her ability. But even Sandra has been in quiet a few blockbuster films.

Agreed. The script is really smart and so are (most of) the characters. It's really a different, offbeat universe, but one that's never boring.
