Pro wrestlers dress their personality. They are ENTERTAINERS. HHH is no exception; but he's hardly a fashion freak. He's actually one of the more, very masculine wrestlers, thank you. All the contrary - His "look" on this particular movie poster is actually kind of sexy. It shows he has a (slightly) goofy side to him. Hah! for a pro wrestler >:)
And the "Rock" wearing that tutu in TOOTH FAIRY was also all part of that movie's humor.
Yeah, they CAN pull it off because they are celebrities. And it's all in good humor.
