I'm sorry, but they're not even together. They slept together on prom night. Big deal. The storyline is about Stahl-David's character coping with having a kid while having a screwed up relationship with his own father. It has nothing to do with race. Get off your high horse.

Numerically I think white women with black men is the most common. But IIRC Asian-Americans are more likely to marry outside their race than any other racial group in the US.
