Go see 'The Chaser'. It's the best of the recent stylish Korean thrillers, in my opinion. 'Mother' is slower, but good, and it hits all of your murder/mystery/suspense/psychological criteria. 'Save the Green Planet' and 'Cold Fish' (Japanese) aren't quite as traditional in their approach, but they both pile on the weirdness and will surely entertain.
