Flawed, but evocative

Intense thriller that suffers from some pacing issuess - gets a bit repetitive and bogged down in the middle. Exciting resolution also weakened by way too many slow lingering shots and heavy-handed score. Could have been much improved by cutting about 20 minutes. Overall, decent little Korean crime movie. Word of caution, the IMDB synopsis is a bit misleading.
