nothing spectacular but......

i did like the fact that once the killing commenced they went after the little kid first maiming his leg and then getting right on top and slowly sucking the life out of him...
i hate horror films that play it safe and spare the children..At least they were unafraid to do what had to be done...
overall this movie was fair..the acting was pretty good for a film of this budget and genre, the effects were not so great and probably what dragged the film down..that black smoke effect has been done many times before..nothing new or interesting with that...
but i wont bomb this film out cuz if you pay attention to the genre there is so much worse..
it was just OK
