Generic black eye cgi crap

Nothing left to see is more like it.

you know, I would really, REALLY like to know where
that crap started. I have seen it countless times, but
have tried to find out the origin. I was thinking it
was was a crappy japan horror flick, like the crap they
used in The Grudge type movies, where they have people
with white faces under beds and under covers, trying to
be scary. But no asian horror movie that I can think of
has that black eye, black mouth thing quite like the
english speaking movies we have used it.

there was this one movie, I cant think of the name but it was recent
and there was a little girl ghost that would chase the protagonists
down the hallways of this old hospital around, and she had other
ghosts that would be with her, and they all did that stupid
black eye/mouth face thing, and it sucked.

There were several like that (at least 3 of them in "creepy asylums in addition to generic ghost movies), I can't remember the names off hand of ANY of them which goes to show just how "great" they are and how "effective" that cgi sh!t is. I agree with you totally, that stuff should be outlawed and never used in a flick again.

Actually I remember a bit more, all the ghosts in this place, and there
were like 4 or 5, were actually like a virus or bacteria, or even, get this
something to do with a computer program. there was the little girl and
maybe a teenager and several adult ghosts.

a man who is with his girlfriend/wife inherits this asylum/hospital place
and with them are some relatives and the realitor or lawyer of the will.
It turns out that the guys mother was a wacko (the mother is the one who
died, IIRC) and has made these ghost people somehow. in the end they are in this
room and the guy gets strapped down to a machine or something. also the people
who are with him are getting killed one by one as they try to get out
of the place.
I cant for the life of me remember the name of it....

The films you're probably thinking of are Grave Encounters 1& 2.

Nope, not even close to that.
This movie wasn't a found footage deal either.
