They should make another movie with this basic premise, but it should star Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno :)

The Arnold vs. Lou version of this would have them participating in a senior's bodybuilding competition.

That would actually be really interesting. Or perhaps make it a miniseries, like 8 30-40 minute episodes. Have them play versions of themselves ala Jean Claude Van Damme in "JCVD" and "Jean Claude Van Johnson"
