Honestly, I did not understand a god damn thing. Especially cause I watched it without subtitles, poor sound , and english aint my mother tongue. So if anyone could make a quick synopsis.

Jean-Claude and Dolph were leading a group of Uni-Sols who had removed the chips in their neck. No chip = no government control. The government grew new Uni-Sol clones to try and join the group and kill the leaders. They gave the newest Uni-Sol (John) the false memory that Luc Deveraux killed his family so John would be highly motivated to kill Deveraux. John killed Luc but he also killed and replaced the government guy with his own clone.

I just watched this film with perfect sound and English is my first and only language.

I didn't understand a single thing about the film either.
