Did any of you recognize where the female voice is from listing numbers? I am really sure I've heard it before, but can't place it right now...

I'm guessing it's a numbers station recording - you can find recordings of them online. They might have recorded their own 'broadcast' for the movie, however.

The voice of the lady in the trailer is from the Conet Project which is a compilation album of a multitude of real number stations. A few bands including Porcupine Tree and others have used audio from the Conet Project in their songs
