My thoughts on Starscream.

I like Starscream what fan of Transformers doesn't like the character ever since G1 but this third season I really can't stand his character at all. I really hate how they have made him into nothing more then a comedic character and is about as dangerous as a Vehicon now. Yes Starscream has been a cowardly schemer most of his life but it is beyond my capacity to even care about him anymore. There are some moments that his old self begin to shine through but those are only when he believes he is in complete control but hey that is Starscream always has been. I look back and think to myself why the hell did Megatron choose Starscream over Dreadwing with the latter being more powerful, a better soldier, a better leader, more intelligent, and just a better character. I know that the reason the writers did it was because Starscream is one of the most popular transformers of all time and kids must find him funny. I liked him better when he was a third party to everything playing both sides only looking out for himself that I think should have been how they kept the character. Just looking at how embarrassingly incompetent he has been this season I can't believe Megatron hasn't killed him yet.

My two cents take of it what you will but I just had to say it.
