Ultra Magnus vs Megatron

I thought Magnus would've put up a better fight, Megatron took him out pretty quickly. His "You're no Optimus Prime." line was great though.

Well, one should think twice before taking on someone who honed his skills in the Pit of Kaon. Megatron and Soundwave both have shown themselves to be quite effective.

That said, Prime did go from idealistic geek to badass warrior, curious how long that took. (I also wouldn't be surprised if Orion Pax and Megatron had sparred together before their split)

I'd like to see Magnus vs Shockwave. Shock was able to handle both Wheeljack and Bulkhead. I think Megatron likes to fight Optimus. I think he respects that a records clerk became someone who could fight him to a draw or defeat him.

It's cool to find out that Michael Ironside is playing Ultra Magnus. Maybe he could've taken out Megatron if he honed in his Darkseid persona during the fight. Then again, Frank Welker as Megatron is pretty much the brute badass villain than both Michael Ironside and Clancy Brown who is also cast in this series.

Was waiting to hear Ultra Magnus respond with, "I may not be Optimus Prime. but at least I am his true brother." They could have been much more than mere brothers in arms.
