The design of the characters

Are all the robots looking so fugly? I watched the first episode I couldnțt stand the design of the robots. After watching Energon and Cybertorn, I would expect some similar design to those in previous series.

I mean, the toys of those guys look ridiculous (like a stripper in latex). And all decepticons look the same to me.

They were meant to evoke the feeling of the designs from the live-action movie series, because the target audience goes wild for those. Generic blocky box-bots like the ones in the Unicron Trilogy just don't cut it anymore.

But how would all the Decepticons look the same? Sure, there are thousands of same-looking soldiers and a pair of twins later on, but speaking of the designs individually, they have the most variety of the show's robot factions.

I really don't mind most of the designs, but Starscream's design is by far the worst! Seriously, who thought it would be a good idea to give him stilettos and massive eyebrows?! They look stupid on him, it's totally distracting!

You know I am not too crazy about those designs, but I dont hate them. Hell, at least they arent live action designs. I live to see a Transformers show with old block g1 designs and a plot and characters of Transformers Prime. Honestly, Unicron trilogy really sucked (appart of some character designs).

Starscream looks great. Much better than the live action movies.

Can't stop the signal.

I love the designs, especially Optimus and Bee.
