*Minor Spoiler Alert*
People keep posting stuff like, "how dare they make a movie like this and act like what happened is ok"...I'm sorry but when does this movie ever say that what was done was ok?? As far as I saw, it was all the opinions and actions of people who have just seen too much.. People who were willing to sacrifice everything for what they thought was right. Their methods were entirely debatable, which, to me, was the whole point of the story.

I agree. They were very ambiguous about the morality of the lead character's actions. It was just an interesting story.

The final speach by the girl sums it up all so well when she says "I don't know if she was a good person or not."

That's the strength of this movie; when all is said, and done, it's not condoning the actions of the "protagonist." It gives you a concept and that sticks in your head. I gave it a 7 because of that. It led to good discussion for me.

You're asking for subtlety and the capacity to recognize ambiguity from people who were hoping to see a slashfest horror movie.

They live their life in shades of black and white provided by Hollywood and the mainstream media. This is beyond their capabilities.

That's why I enjoyed this movie so much. It tells this tale and doesn't press the viewer to have an opinion -- that's up to you. Unfortunately, that's lost on most of the keyboard mashers on the internet.
