Not a fan of the new changes

I guess they felt they had gone as far as they could with the football team, but I'm not liking all these changes to the show.

I'll try one more episode and if things don't get more interesting, then I'll say goodbye. Shame too, because I love Callie Thorne

An - Andrew

I really enjoyed the season premier, because it seemed like Stamos would fit in nicely as the questionable head of the organization.

But last night seemed to be rushing the characters into some sort of relationship. I didn't get why he would take her out to an intimate dinner and then showing her the night lights of the city. It was cheesy.

I've only caught yesterday's episode in full so far (and bits of the others), but have they gone into the back story of why John Stamos' business partner (CFO?) is so hostile towards Dr. Dani? He mentioned twice in last night's episode how eager he is to be rid of her. Seems goofy considering the season just started.

As I've said already, I really like the new changes - The Hawks *specifically TK* are still a big part of the show; I'm not sad and am even a little bit glad that Matt is gone, because the back and forward with him and Dani was starting to get VERY stale very fast, and the drama that would have been added with Matt hanging around *with Noelle and the baby* would have just been... Urgh.
Her bratty kids who grated on my every last nerve seem to have significantly reduced roles this season *if they even appear at all* and that can only be a good thing.
I LIKE the new setting of V3 - It's totally different, and of course the viewers know that sh !t will be going down there when the feds *or whoever it is Nico is working with* get everything they need to bring it all down. As for Connor... With any show, if they're going to develop a love interest for a main character, it usually takes more than just under two episodes to get any kind of history/back story... I think he's a master manipulator and is playing everyone. Just wait and see how it plays out before giving up on it... Three episodes really isn't giving it much of a chance.

Yes, to all of this. Especially the part about the kids.

I don't recall any signficiant back story, but the smug looks she gives him every time Conner sides with her, she is making an enemy for sure. He was the one Conner always listened to and now he is being shut down by this new employee who takes superior satisfaction in one upmanship over him.

He could become dangerous.

I'm not a big fan of change when it comes to something that I felt didn't need an extreme amount of changes. I do not really like the fact that Dani is basically becoming a "yes man” or woman in this case. She seems to go along with whatever the new boss suggests, and she's coming off like a bit of an alcoholic thus far in this season (just my little opinion.) I'm just beginning to care a little less and less about Dr. Dani, and the only character that has my attention is Nico. I have to say that after watching him play second fiddle to Matt and now the impending, inevitable pairing that she will have (first with the flirt guy in the next episode)and then with the Dannon pitch man Stamos is enough to get me to turn the channel. The more some things change, the more they remain the same, but in a bad way!

I think a lot of the changes killed the true heart of the show, it removed a lot of her stability and empathy. I also think the removal of the core family characters did that as well, to have made it work they needed to find a way to incorporate her business and personal life.

Another big loss to me was the disappearance of Rayjay, I think they could have had him follow his football career and go college or even pro to tie him into more things with her work environment. It seems like everywhere they went right in season 1 they went wrong in season 3.
