It's available to rent on Amazon.com, so if you are in the USA you are good to go. It's a little pricey though!!

It was released on TV via On Demand first (on Sky Box Office and Film 4 On Demand in the UK, and similar services in the US), then screened in a handful of cinemas in London, Scotland, LA and NY, and the DVD came out a few days after that.
