Kelly McDonald's accent

Does anybody know if her accent in this is her "normal" one? I'm wondering because it's exactly the same as the one she used as Merida in "Brave"

No it's been Americanized we can understand her better. Her accent is much stronger. Like in the movie Trainspotting.

I didn't think it was that much stronger. I certainly didn't have a problem understanding her.

She is Scottish; her accent is much harder to understand in Gosford Park than in this film.

Everything is harder to understand in Gosford Park! Robert Altman and his famous overlapping dialog.
