What is an actor like Victor Garber doing in this crap

Victor Garber was in Titanic and some other really good movies.
Why he lowered himself to do this garbage is beyond me and can the one daughter get any more annoying - her whole me me me attitude makes me wish she would've gotten swallowed by the ice quakes.

Paycheck. And all he had to do for it was stand around one set (I don't think he ever left that room), drink some coffee (or w/e was in the Christmas mug) and spit out a few lines of dialogue. I wouldn't be surprised if his entire work schedule for the "movie" was more than 2 days.

Jodelle Ferland's no slacker herself... Dark Angel, Dead Like Me, Silent Hill, Eclipse, The Cabin in the Woods... at any rate, I don't think this movie's so bad.

Twilight urgh lets forgot about that role, but for OP as far as Ice Quake it is actually one of the better Syfy movies.

Both Victor and the girl Jodelle Ferland are known Canadian actors, the girl was in "Case 39" with Renée Zellweger. And this is a Canadian TV movie.

LOL--if it was a Canadian movie why didn't they just make the action take place in...say, Canada!
