Original Honey was better.

Instead of being like every other dance movie, with two crews battling it out because of some stupid fight between two/all of the members, Honey was about someone fighting to make it in the dance world. It was different and original and I loved it. I was hoping Honey 2 was gonna be similar, but I was sadly disappointed. Like someone said on another post, if you've seen one, you've seen them all. (This doesn't stop me from watching them though). I would love for there to be more dance movies like Honey, which don't follow the same theme of two crews battling it out or combinding ballet and hip hop. I would love for there to be a movie about jazz or tap or basically any dance that isn't ballet/hip hop.
Also, where was Mr Daniels in this? There waas no explanation of where he went. Really bugged me.

i beilieve that they should have brought honey back at ther end when both crews were battling. it was here studio and i also thing being called the hd crew was a good name just needed to be made a little different. i like honey number one better with the young kids.

I've seen Dirty Dancing and Havana Nights (two of my all time favourite films ever, btw) and Shall We Dance.
But I shall definitely check out the others. Thank you for the suggestions.

I love Shall We Dance!! I also really liked Take the Lead with Antonio Banderas, that was about ballroom dancing as well.

Jessica Alba would never sign onto this, even for a cameo.

This movie had no heart or plot and just had a bunch of dance crew battles.

The addition of Mrs. Daniels was an after thought, and like you said, they didn't mention Mr. Daniels or Honey at all. Where were they?

I didn't read your whole post, I just had to break it to ya..

Jessica Alba is nothing more then eye candy and Jessica on dancing...LMFAOOOOOOOOO I don't think anyone in the original Honey could dance, at all.

Honey 2 had so many moves and nice routines and person who's a dancer could get dizzy.

Maybe if you'd read my entire post you'd realise my complaint wasn't about the standard of dancing but the plotline.
