Sometimes turning the other cheek is not the best policy

In fact they way it was implied in this episode is the way the Majority of "christian" religion apply that saying. But in fact is NEVER a good policy nor is it what it really means.

Jesus said it. Jesus was struck in the cheek. Therefore how did Jesus respond.

I would suggest you look it up.

He did not do what they teach therefore he did not mean what they teach or he was a hypocrite.

The christian religion claiming to follow the teachings of Christ truly would be the most condemned by Christ.
