Totally unrealistic and a just a showcase of every French dept or Agency

Even tho like I said never visit recent posts I sorta remembered this one and yup it was really messed up. Like I didn't speak english at all. LOL Truthfully? A friend told me. ;P
1st of German American here. I was born and raised in Germany though so I still have my accent but I'm fluent in English. My fathers side of the family are mostly in LE and military service many are still active. Out of privacy and security as we all know there are crazy people out there. I won't and will never be like the those pseudo know-it-alls, fakes, shows offs, posers, most sad are the military and LE fakes (the most shameful and disgusting imo) and the braggers here on the web that we see 90% of the time and all know and see all to well. Answering questions they know nothing off. Like the questions and answer section for this film. Totally inaccurate online crap probably written by kids. Hence why I never reply back nor get into these immature nonsense you see on boards like FB, YT or forums etc. Its one reason (next to being very very busy)that I hardly go online only to shop (what girl doesn't? hehe), errands and business related things is about the only things I do online, but like I said very infrequently. I don't live on the internet like so many do which imo is very sad.
So believe me or not I do NOT care and even tho I may be saying more than I should,but I have a stupid and annoying, one of those you can't sleep colds and totally bored. I won't say what won't any of what my law enforcement and Military family and friends do or who they work for. But I'm proud of my dad (parents are divorced sadly so my mom and my sisters moved to the US but we are still close to my dad thankfully) and he's not really into secret stuff so its ok but I won't say what he does. My dad is in the German Federal Police or the Bundespolizei or for short the BPOL.
One of their divisions or dept's are the famous GSG9 which he btw does not belong. LOL I know 90% would have said he did. My mother's side are mainly academics mostly in medicine etc. I'm currently a practicing MD studying to go into Cardiology and my mom is still a GP. I have a younger sister in her residency and my hubby is an American and also an MD whom I've met during my years in University btw. Sorry for the rant as LOL I know even to me this has nothing to do with my view of this crap film.
But that's my tiny intro and time waster trying to get tired technique ;) I agree with my family and friends who are in the military and have seen this rather mediocre film. The opening seen seems to be a total special forces showcase crammed into a 5min window. We see every cliche of the SF's from the Snipers, over the beach team coming out of the water and seem to have nearly every agency or dept of France taking part in that raid btw also using all types of helicopters which of course one of each that France uses.
Ive seen LE like the GIGN with various other military units all taking part in this one single warrant serve. LOL my dad laughed at this film as did my brother who is in the German Army. I may be a 30yr old female but my hobby is and always was military and LE history I was an history and military nerd, so much so that military history was my minor in university etc. Its so laughable and amazing how much they squeezed into that short scene. And the way the mission was carried out made NO sense at all. Like I said it looked like every special operations cliche or unclassified known technique was used in that short sequence. The rest of the film is NO better in fact it gets worse.
I will not spoil the film for those who have NOT seen it yet but do not buy it! Its a pure bargain bin or rental aka its a flop. The story has no pacing and the story is pretty ridicules. My main thought was my goodness a country like France did a Hollywood type film. Please NON US filmmakers DO NOT become another crappy HOLLYWOOD...One HW is enough...
This movie is worst than the Hurt Locker which being imo one of the worst current or sandbox/gulf war military type film do date. My bad I guess LOL. I guess NO TALENT writers and film makers have no borders LOL!
Again no offense just one girls opinion again like it or not I do not give a damn. Lastly no replies needed as I never look back on any of my posts. I'm just way too busy. I'm hardly online and when I am its mostly business etc and some quick fun like this. Pardon any typos as hey I got a cold.
