Statham isn't a bad actor. He was great in Snatch. and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. He just likes filming cheesy action films I presume.

the bank job was a great movie and his guy ritchie collaborations (minus revolver) have been great
i hat stathams PG-13 action movies, but the R rated ones have been pretty fun. Crank series, the mechanic had some cool brutal stuff, killer elite... well that one was decently bloody at least. but you get my point. he needs to stick to hardcore violence, not mixed martial arts snooze-fests.
