Just saw the trailer on Yahoo, obviously it looks like every other Statham movie but with one HUGE TWIST: it sounds like he's attempting an American accent!

Did anyone else notice? The only other movie I remember him American is The One, and his accent wasn't bad, but in this trailer it just sounds half-a$$ed.

I heard he's friends with Daniel Craig, so maybe they had a bet as to who could do the better American voice. Craig wins.

Really? You watch a Jason Statham trailer and complain about the accent?
Did you not see the end when he shoved a shot glass in a guy's throat?
That is why you watch a Statham movie, not to gripe about an accent.

I didn't hate it...but then the trailer for Blitz was OK and I couldn't finish watching that.
He was putting on an American accent? I was thinking it was odd that an ex-NYC cop had an english accent.

The ending for Blitz was the only good part. This movie looks like it is going to be awesome, although that's what I said for The Mechanic and Killer Elite and both of those were pretty bad, The Mechanic being slightly better. So I hope this movie has a lot more action and is actually intense.

I thought it looked pretty solid at first, but the further the trailer went, it just looks like one action scene after another. Don't get me wrong, I love watching Statham kicking eight kinds of ass, but this just looks like more of the same. If we could have something well-made and thick, along the lines of the outstanding Killer Elite, I'd be more than satisfied, but this just doesn't seem like anything new out of Statham's catalogue.

Having said that, most of the action in this looks promising.

Oh WOW! Jason Statham plays a tough fighter who drives fast and constantly has dry, sarcastic one-line quips...

Who'd a thought he had so much range as an actor?

Thats the thing he does best (come to think of it the only thing), and I expect nothing more or less from him...
I am actually glad that he's not exploring his range, that would be tragic (and maybe hilarious)

Yes, because Jason Statham never starred in two little movies called Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch which were just two action packed thrill rides with no acting whatsoever.

Get over yourself all you scrubnut wannabe movie critics. Nobody is going to read your crappy posts or your little blog that doesn't matter.

Jason Statham is going to enjoy doing these fun little action movies and make more on one movie than you will make in your short pathetic little existances so stop QQing.

If you don't like the way the movie looks, then stfu and don't watch it.
