Saw this shooting in Jackson square over the weekend. Pretty open set, everybody just walking through while they were setting up.

Yeah my sister was in that parade sequence, she said Nicholas Cage ran right past her during a scene haha

Another Nic Cage movie in 'Orleans? Is this guy in love with your State or what?

From what I've read it is cheap to film in New Orleans currently, and it seems very cheap to hire Cage. So those two components look like an obvious and perfect match to produce plenty of mediocre movies..
